It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of a gentlemen who has been with us since the Club opened. Mike was a key member of our Race Control team. He and his wife Sheila both worked at the Club. Mike spent much of his spare time mentoring Boy Scouts. He also enjoyed shooting, loved history, and collected medieval arms and armor.
Visitation will be held at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home, 112 W. Main St., Peotone, IL on Sunday, July 23 from 2:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at the Fedde-Helfrich-Cross Funeral Home on Monday, July 24 at 10:00 a.m. Committal services and military honors will take place at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery in Elwood, IL.
