Annual Racer Meeting Set For February 7th

Kill the winter blues and come out to the track!!

Feb 7 we will have an ALL racer meeting to discuss the upcoming season. The meeting will be preceded by the annual Track Car Expo. Lunch will be provided at 11:30 and the meeting will begin at 1:00. The plan will be to do much as we did last year. The meeting will start with an overview of the upcoming season for everybody. We will then have breakout sessions for each series to discuss details, these should not take very long as many of the issues have been discussed already.

This will be a great time to get together and socialize. If you know of anyone that has expressed an interest in racing with us this would be a good opportunity for them to explore their options as well.

Please RSVP to Mike or Terri so we can get a count for lunch:

Introducing The New Auto-X Series

As a new addition to the Member Racing Series we are happy to announce the Auto-X series. These events will be open to all members, including social members, and a competition license is NOT required. An Auto-X (autocross) is a race against the clock in a course laid out with cones. These competitions will take place in various locations at the club including the paddock, skid pad/kart track, and even using portions of the road courses. Dates for these 7 events have been included in the Member Racing Series schedule. The events will consist of a walk through to learn the course and then a limited number of timed runs. Awards will be presented for the fastest time of the day and the most consistent 2 runs. Attend as many events as you can to take your shot at being the Club Auto-X Champ!
