You may notice some strange things on your member statement as it pertains to the payments by check. You may see the payment show up in the payments section as a negative as it is supposed to be and in the charges section as a positive. The net of the two is what you actually wrote the check for and so you are getting the proper credit against your account. The reason this is happening is that we are fixing the information that appears at the bottom of your statement in the aging section. We apologize for the temporary inconvenience, however now the information at the bottom will be correct.
