During the off season a new storm sewer had been added to eliminate the standing water on the road that has been a problem for years. This required cutting the road to install a pipe and required a temporary patch until asphalt plant opened for the spring. Gallagher Asphalt made us a high priority and have completed the paving job completed these improvements.
