The M2 Racing is BMW’s latest factory-built weapon for serious club racers and aspiring podium chasers — engineered with race-proven BMW M Motorsport DNA, built for maximum performance, durability, and seat time. With 313 horsepower, 400 Nm of torque, a top speed of over 270 km/h, and a chassis developed specifically for accessible, high-performance customer racing, this car is designed to deliver thrills on every lap.
BMW created the M2 Racing as a true gateway to modern customer motorsport — a car built for one-make cups, open racing series, and track-day competition, while also keeping operating costs in check and reliability high. It has been developed and tested with input from BMW M works drivers, with endurance testing that included roughly 30,000 kilometers of track validation, so drivers can focus on what matters most: pushing harder, learning faster, and chasing podiums.
