In an effort to better serve you, we have devised a new system to sign up for the Performance Fleet vehicles for the lunchtime touring sessions. Those who wish to sign up in advance can just send an e-mail to lunchtimetouring@autobahncc.com
You can only sign up 2 weeks in advance. Please realize that in that time, a car can go out of service to get new brakes or tires and we will make every effort possible to get you into another vehicle, but that may not always be possible. One member can only sign up for a maximum of 3 vehicles per day. In addition, if a member does not show up 5 minutes prior to the session, we will give the vehicle to another member who is looking to take part in the session, unless we get a call or e-mail that you are running late and still wish to take part in the session. Please also keep in mind that office staff will be manning the area by the coffee machine to sign up for cars and distribute the keys. Staff will be in that area 30 minutes before the session and collect the keys after the session is over. If members wish to sign up for cars earlier in the day or later after the session, the sign up sheets will be in the administration office.
