The Chicago Region SCCA invites you to come meet and hear the latest about the new Corvette C8R Racing program. Doug Fehan, Chevrolet Corvette Racing Program Manager will be visiting the Region on Thursday March 12th to share with us stories and information about the development and racing progress of the all new mid-engine Corvette C8R.
Doug was also just inducted into the Corvette Hall of Fame class of 2020 joining many others from Corvette Racing history. When he last visited us in 2014, Doug shared stories of the Corvette and the team’s quest for victory at Le Mans, and his visits are always informative and entertaining. With the new race car there are surely many stories as the team prepared and tested for the 2020 race season.
This event will be at K-1 Speed, 2381 Army Trail Rd, Addison, IL 60101 on March 12, 2020 beginning at 7:00 pm. Registration for this event will be in MotorsportsReg (MSR) and will be open the beginning of March. Watch for your March Piston Patter email for more information and the link to MSR. There is no fee for this event. Registration is being used to track how many guests we can expect.
