Father’s Day marked the introduction of a new and fun challenge for members. The “GR Challenge” is a time trial utilizing the Driver Academy’s identically prepared Street GR86 cars and gives members a chance to show their speed against each other. The rules are simple; $100 buy in, 1 flying lap to show what you’ve got, and the winner goes home with 50% of the pot. The attempts are held during each ‘C’ session of the day. Don’t feel like you gave it your best lap? Additional attempts are $50 and grow the pot even more.
