Longtime Autobahn and SCCA competitors in both Spec Miata and Spec Racer Ford, Steve (father) and Kyle (son) Greenhill share a passion for motorsport that many Autobahn members may find relateable to their own experiences.
At Road America last weekend, Steve and Kyle had the very special opportunity to race against each other in the same Spec Racer Ford race.

For Race 2, Steve Greenhill qualified on pole. The driver to qualify second was no other than his son Kyle Greenhill!
Inevitably, Kyle would make a pass on his father and go on to win the race. Steve Greenhill continued to run in second until the checkered flag fell. The Greenhill’s finished 1-2 in both SRF Class Races!
Notably, Kyle Greenhill was also competing in the Spec Miata Class. Kyle took second place in both Spec Miata races.
