Team Stradale had a very successful outing at the Radical Cup North American series finale, September 23-25. Stradale descended on the 3.4 mile Circuit of the Americas track located in the Texas countryside with an impressive lineup of 5 team drivers for the event.
With the largest entry field of the year boasting over 40-Radicals, the competition was stiff. Stradale took home 3 wins in as many races. Antoine Comeau and Jeff Green both took home wins throughout the weekend in the competitive 1340 class.
Additional Autobahn members participating were Neil Gehani, John Rante and new member Luis Cordero.
Gehani emphatically took ownership of the first GT3 Spec Radical RXC V6 Turbo and impressively was up to speed by Saturday morning. Rante and Cordero both had successful drives both aiming their Stradale prepared Radicals to the front of the grid, Rante even dipped into the top-10 overall in a wet Sunday practice session.
Jeff Green took home 2nd Place season championship honors in the 1340 class with Antoine Comeau hot on his heels with an impressive string of wins (4 in 5 races) to end the season. Antoine finished 3rd in the championship. Team Stradale drivers have won the last 9 races in the season championship dating back to late May at VIR.
They will be back in action in late November at Barber Motorsports Park in Alabama.
