Anytime Members bring a Guest Driver (outside of Touring) the Member needs to be present or if not present they need to provide Tony Limbach at Registration advance notice. The Member Manual clearly states that the Member must be present in order to host Guest Drivers. Keep in mind that the Guest is also the responsibility of the host Member. You can contact Tony at
