Series newcomer Christian Weir of Naperville, Illinois will join Turn 3 Motorsport for the remaining three rounds of the 2021 Cooper Tires USF2000 Championship, starting with this weekend’s Road to Indy Presented by Cooper Tires event at Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course. After a successful career in local and regional karting championships from age 11, the 14-year-old has turned his focus to car racing this year with the intent to compete in a full season USF2000 Series campaign in 2022.
