Autobahn Members Rise to the Top of the Podium in Canada

Autobahn Members had some time for fun when they were not battling it out for podium position at the Canadian Tire Motorsport Park this weekend.  Antione Comeau celebrated his birthday in true Canadian fashion by sporting the moose hat.  If you happen to see him around the Club, please ask him if he was able to smuggle that back across the border for use in the States.

Karting Korner

This past weekend consisted of the third Kart League race, and even with the threat of bad weather, the series continues to grow. The racing was action packed and every single person had a smile on their face but I have to be honest for a second. During qualifying, something amazing happened. One racer had a malfunction and while his dad was frantically trying to repair his kart to get him back on track, 3 more competitors came rushing over to help. 6 hands were all digging in and around the kart so he could qualify. Without a second thought, racers stopped and pitched in. While this is a very competitive series, Autobahn Members all came together so that a fellow driver could participate. I have never witnessed such camaraderie amongst competitors and am thrilled to be hosting these races. We truly have the best members.

The kart track will be strictly enforcing the use of all mandatory safety gear anytime a personal kart is on track. Please refer to the Rulebook for specific information.

The kart track is now open Wednesday thru Sunday from 9am-5pm. Thursdays will follow the Late Night schedule. The track will be closed on the following dates:
